I was referred here by my daughter’s pediatrician. I have been calling for weeks but no one picks up the phone or calls back. Update: I received a call back. However, Lynn was very rude and her tone was dismissive. It was 8:45 AM EST and she seemed as though she regretted ever walking in. Nonetheless, I will be taking my 19th month somewhere much more welcoming.

We received inconsistent guidance on treatment options for our daughter’s single-sided hearing loss. A cochlear implant was recommended, then a hearing aid was discussed, and later the hearing aid recommendation was reversed. When I asked about a BAHA headband, we were told by both Dr. Sipp and CHOA Audiology that it wasn’t an option. This review is for the answering service or front desk. I called to make a payment person who answered the call was disinterested. Gave me an incorrect phone number and hung up.i hope they understand the importance of customers paying bill as it pays their pay Cheque ( really strange encounter )
