Heard nothing but bad things about this complex
These apartments were not constructed with quality. I have been reporting to the leasing office for the past month and a half that whenever it rains (which is almost everyday) the vent in my kitchen leaks. Every time I report this to the management team they say they are going to fix it and they have yet to do so. So here it is, another rainy night in Georgia and there's water all over my kitchen floor AND now my fire alarm is going off because water is leaking through my master bedrooms smoke detector.
