One of the cutters of my yard at Waverly Pointe, drove flat over my daughter’s graduation sign from high school outside. I heard and saw him run it over. I went outside to talk to him and he threw his hand in the air and just shrugged his shoulders and drove off on his riding lawn mower. I am so hurt by this.
