I bought a truck from there about 3 weeks ago. I had it for two days and had to use the defroster and the heat didn’t work. I was told that it was going to be taken care of. I went to get the repairs and they want to charge me $300. I’m not a happy customer!!!
Sebrina Dailey My parents that lives in the area was told due to the current FORD recall they can not drive their car until the part is replaced however the part is currently out of stock/unavailable December 2018. FORD (Brewton Alabama) solution is for them to pay $14 a day until December for a rental. I live in O'Fallon Il, my friend son has a Ford and he dropped his car off last week.
