My three year old had a 103 fever the day before Thanksgiving. After being turned away at a pediatric clinic we were referred to BestMed, which was a disaster. They let me make an appointment for 6pm online at 2pm, then at 4:30 texted me to say the appointment was canceled because the clinic had no doctor. It was now evening and I was scrambling and trying to avoid taking a sick toddler to the ER. What a 1 star $h1t show. 2 and half hours we waited. 1 doctor that prescribed me something that clearly states right on the description...not for my symptoms... oh and I have an allergy to it, not that they asked me if I had any. You know what they say, A patient healed is profit lost.
