They never answer their phone, even after they leave messages to call back. They don't return phone calls either, even with a detailed message left for them.
They are awful if you have a problem and having horrible pain from your machine they will not help you .
Doesn't really help when these reviews are not updated, I want to see new reviews happening now in 2022.
This doctor is by far the least ethical doctor I've ever had to deal with. On the plus side, his staff are absolutely wonderful. Truthfully, Vancouver isn't that far.
