Absolutely trash medical office. Doesn't do their jobs, when you switch medical offices they don't send the records and then they tell you they have no access to them when you try to get what you need. Go to any other doctor who actually takes care of you and your kids. Also some doctors will actually talk about you to others if they know you personally. Had two doctors do this
I have had wonderful service here. I felt very heard and they had great time management. All my concerns were addressed and handled with great care.
Had my sons 4 month check up rescheduled twice on me, & when I finally went in almost a month late I waited over 45 minutes and still hadn’t been called back. I also had an appt scheduled for myself about a month prior that was actually never scheduled properly…luckily I was calling to cancel it & I didn’t show up to find out they never scheduled it. Will be switching providers.
