Great doctors. Low wait time.
I’ve been here for a very long time family barger location. Dr and nurses are great but the front staff are horrible! Staff access your charts whenever they want which is a violation of hipaa. They are very rude and disrespectful and peace health doesn’t care to even address the issues if there staff! I have screenshots to prove a staff went into my chart when I didn’t even speak with her. Don’t bother trying to speak to a manager she will yell at you and hang up on you then claim you were disrespectful. Be leer. Do better p... read more
They could be more professional and more invested in cooperating with outside agencies. Their staff can learn phone etiquette and improve their attitudes. Their job does not require taking things personally and being dramatic and rude on the phone after dropping the ball.
I had an appointment for noon at Quest Diagnostics but wasn't met until about 40 minutes later.
