This office staff (Janelle/Jenell?) treated me very poorly upon arrival, at my first appointment here, and then her manager, Fallon, gaslit me when I tried to complain about the way Janelle treated me, saying that she (Fallon) had called me back (after I had called and left her a detailed message, when my phone showed no record of such a call from Fallon, with VM or without), and Fallon's manager, Rain Ring, wouldn't return my calls, either. After being seen by Dr. Davis (see previous review at their Salmon Creek location), Dr. Allensworth listened to my requests and allowed my 2yr old to remain in my lap for the ear exam and he opted for no treatment. Edit: I was able to remove the ball of wax myself, while my toddler sat still for me to do it.
This is the worst facility ever: makes appointments and then they take over an hour to actually get to you even though you have a time slot. Have tried twice to use them and each time they say their doctors are running 30 mins behind. We waited over an hour each time and then had to get refunds and leave cause the doctor still wasn’t ready and they had no idea when he would be ready. Do NOT use this clinic!

Dr. Davis is very knowledgeable and professional. He has immensely helped provide information for sinus issues I’ve been struggling with for 6 months. What makes him special not just as a doctor but as a person is his ability to listen to my concerns and provide clear clarification. He was also understanding of how this has impacted me mentally and understanding and patient. I am so very grateful for his kind compassionate care. Thank you Dr. Davis!!
