If you want confused nurses go here. The nurses couldn't even look at me while checking me in. They were also kinda snotty while talking to me. They asked if i was with this old man that I wasn't even sitting next too.

This office staff (Janelle/Jenell?) treated me very poorly upon arrival, at my first appointment here, and then her manager, Fallon, gaslit me when I tried to complain about the way Janelle treated me, saying that she (Fallon) had called me back (after I had called and left her a detailed message, when my phone showed no record of such a call from Fallon, with VM or without), and Fallon's manager, Rain Ring, wouldn't return my calls, either. After being seen by Dr. Davis (see previous review at their Salmon Creek location), Dr. Allensworth listened to my requests and allowed my 2yr old to remain in my lap for the ear exam and he opted for no treatment. Edit: I was able to remove the ball of wax myself, while my toddler sat still for me to do it.

This is the worst facility ever: makes appointments and then they take over an hour to actually get to you even though you have a time slot. Have tried twice to use them and each time they say their doctors are running 30 mins behind. We waited over an hour each time and then had to get refunds and leave cause the doctor still wasn’t ready and they had no idea when he would be ready. Do NOT use this clinic!
