Been here 2 times with a 10 m cancel late policy stated yet the doctor seems to kewp you waiting. I guess his time is more valuable. 40 plus minutes is the standard to wait.
Very odd experience. The whole time the appt was uncomfortable. On top of that we confirmed our appt time three times as my husband had his appt after me and he left work early only to be told by a rude receptionist when he arrived that he missed the appt. Even though I have proof in messages what time they told him to arrive. The receptionist rudely told him it’s on him and he couldn’t be seen. So unprofessional, the worst experience we’ve seen and been to. I would never recommend and never go back here. Don waste your time... read more
Dr Allensworth was very nice, professional, and saw me quickly when I was having an acute problem
If you want confused nurses go here. The nurses couldn't even look at me while checking me in. They were also kinda snotty while talking to me. They asked if i was with this old man that I wasn't even sitting next too.
This office staff (Janelle/Jenell?) treated me very poorly upon arrival, at my first appointment here, and then her manager, Fallon, gaslit me when I tried to complain about the way Janelle treated me, saying that she (Fallon) had called me back (after I had called and left her a detailed message, when my phone showed no record of such a call from Fallon, with VM or without), and Fallon's manager, Rain Ring, wouldn't return my calls, either.
