I have requested medical records from peace health (St. Josephs in Bellingham) and can't seem to get anywhere with the request. I submitted the request the first time on 4/21/2022 using their "releaseofinfo@Peacehealth.org" email address, I included their request for, my wife's death certificate, my driver's license, my retired military ID and our marriage license as attachments to that email.
