Very professional.
I arrived at Longview radiology in my power wheelchair for my CT scan, and I am asked if I’m going to just get up and walk over to the machine and lay it down into it. I’m paralyzed from the shoulders down, obviously. Then I am told that the employees do not help lifting people because that is their policy. If that is the policy, why don’t they have a ceiling left, or any other way of helping someone in a wheelchair? Not an accessible facility
I time and front desk is very good
I wish I could be able to rate the actual purpose of this clinic but sadly the front office staff lacks any ability to help beyond answering the phone. I called numerous times over a month with the same response "sorry I don't see a referral" not once did they say "let me try calling your PCM." I even went to the point of having my PCM office call them to find out what is going on and the were told "we need more documentation" and still after getting said documentation they continued to tell me they have not seen anything wi... read more
