My experience at ENT PeaceHealth was extremely frustrating. While PA Margaret was kind, I didn’t receive any real help or treatment. I came in with a painful ear infection and was told I would need to wait three months for any kind of care—which felt unacceptable given the severity of my symptoms. All the doctors are amazing, but the scheduling staff are the worst I have ever dealt with. They are a nightmare from hell!! I have spent hours on hold on the phone or standing in-line at the office to make an appointment. I then get a notice that they change the appointment or cancel it. The doctors know, but cannot do anything about it. The rating is based on front staff not the doctors!

I had booked a hearing test, and as expected it was a couple months out.Thats normal as with other specialists. I saw Dr. Cassidy Bachelot. She had a student working with her. They were polite, friendly, and explained thoroughly what the test entailed. After the test they explained in detail my results. It was a very positive experience and look forward to next years checkup.

So horrible, rude, wasted my whole day trying to make this appointment. I waited months with vertigo for this appointment. I had text messages and already checked in on line . I am going to give you copies of texts and copy of email check in on line. Texts say3:30 but I knew it was 2:30. I was told Peacehealth .I was not given dr name or address. The ignortant ones at the front desk lied and said I didn’t show ip but I left. I called them from the one in Springfield and on phone they said I didn’t have api tme t.

Have yet to see anyone at PeaceHealth. Back in October made an appointment. Earliest they could get me in was early January. A few days prior to appointment office called to reschedule. Prior to the next appointment office called again to reschedule. Earliest they could get me in was early February. Got a call yesterday to reschedule yet again! Now the appointment is end of March.
