I’m sooo disappointed. There was a listing for a rental home that checked all of our boxes and was under our budget. The listing was only an hour old when we requested for a tour and began the application process and submitted it hoping we would be first in line! And then we waited for a response for days. I was surprised to see this company had 5 star reviews on it especially since me and my family didn’t have a five star experience with this company. In all my years of renting and all the different places I’ve moved to this by far has been one of the most frustrating and not best renters experience I’ve ever had.
