First few sessions were decent, however I couldn’t speak up for myself and it was a battle between trying to talk and being cut off. Besides her being late for every appointment I had with her, One of the psychiatrist asked me rudely what I was trying to get diagnosed with because I expressed how I didn’t feel I had bipolar disorder and the mood stabilizer she put me on had made my pee stink and I felt overall unwell and actually worse. Peaceful Minds is a wonderful practice that truly puts their clients first. They are professional, organized, responsive, and make the entire experience feel comfortable and welcoming. You can tell that they genuinely care about the people they serve and take the time to make sure clients feel heard, respected, and supported. The peaceful environment is an added bonus. It’s refreshing to see a practice that not only provides quality care but also puts so much thought into the overall client experience.
This place is terrible. Won't return calls, doesn't show up for appointments, staff is rude and unhelpful. Incredibly disorganized and doesn't seem to care the patients.

This has been the best experience I have had in getting medication for assisting with mental health needs. I have had 2 providers here in the year or so I have been going. They make telehealth appointments accessible and easy. Both providers have taken their time with me each session. They don’t rush me off the phone, they answer my questions, they explain the medication decisions, they take in interest in who I am.
