I was a little nervous at first as I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect and what I wanted/needed to do , but once I walked in and spoke with the team, we came up with a plan to help with my goal for a more balanced and peaceful wellbeing. So far it has been what I was looking for to help me along in my journey. Thank you PMC I'm looking forward to my continued peace, well being and happiness .

Honestly, parking is a nightmare, it’s tough to find a spot and the nearby lots are pricey. That was my first frustration before I even walked in. Once inside, I tried a few different services like Reiki and yoga, those were really helpful, I left feeling calmer and more balanced. That said some of the traditional therapy sessions didn’t quite meet my expectations. I felt like the connection with the therapist wasn’t as strong as I hoped, so the impact wasn’t as deep.

They offer a great variety of holistic services like yoga, meditation, reiki, sound healing, and even nutritional support — all under one roof. I felt truly supported in both mind and body.
