My families dreams are crushed. We experience a lengthy application process for the rental. Once approved I was spoken to very rudely by Florence who questioned me about why I had two emails and why I wanted to move and very strange questions. The listing said it was pet friendly; which was not the case. They have outlandish pet policies which are not very friendly at all. Overall this was a horrible experience. I am not alone in this treatment. I read a BBB review with the same experience.
We leased a property from Peace River Management for two years. Florence was always professional and addressed any issues we had promptly. We would absolutely work with her again.
The home was very clean and bright. Presents well.
