Peace hosted a wonderful private yoga session for us in a local park and it was wonderful! She is calm, focused, kind and accommodating of all levels.
Peace is a respected and loved woman in our community. Her skills and kind heart has created very unique experiences at HEM and she shows up consistently for others who host events with us. Peace's dedication to her call of healing has has been an empowering influence in my journey. I started in her group, over a year ago and I was in a low place. It was scary to reach out and find help, as I look back I realize that I owe my growth, healing and a deep spiritual awaking to her steadfast commitment to me and all in our group. She is always Accepting and Patient, along with a Fun since of humor. Lots of Laughs and Tears and Growth! Thank You for your impact on my Life. AKA Harmony!
I attend a support group and a yoga class both facilitated by Peace. Peace's group is a safe space for women to share. Peace brings her experience and training to help ladies move ahead and put voice to their experiences. The trauma yoga on Saturday has been so helpful I have done private lessons as well. Peace took time to learn about the issues I wanted to work on, my physical limitations and help me work through some stiff areas. Peace has a caring, compassionate nature that comes out in all she does.
