Thank you to Jen who groomed my son's old dog Toby, a Shitzu, who has had two back surgeries. She was very sensitive to his issues, and thanks to her patience, he came out looking great.

Hi Heather - we LOVE when clients bring pictures! Sometimes, words can only get us so far, especially at the first visit. AND - With only 2 groomers working here, we strive for the groomer that you do your initial consultation with, to consistently be the same groomer your dog sees every time! That same groomer is usually here when you pick up, so there can be a dialogue to make sure we are doing the best haircut possible that lives up to your expectations. This is the best place ever!! I have two cats that need to groomed. The staff is always friendly and they do such an amazing job at both the grooming and with customer service! Definitely the best place to go (ive tried them all around the area) thanks for always doing a great job!!!
