I felt very relaxed and comfortable after I met Tia. The tranquil atmosphere was relaxing as well. Tia literally massaged out my painful knots in my neck and back. I would recommend Tia to my friends and family any day. 😊

Shae was so kind, courteous, and extremely personable. She immediately put me at ease and the massage was perfect. She was also able to identify problematic areas that I had no idea related to my other issues, such as carpal tunnel. She also sent me home with exercises that I can use to take care of my body as well, which was invaluable. I really appreciate the kindness and effort Shae puts in. Such a wonderful experience using the infrared sauna here! Peace of You is extremely clean, organized, beautiful looking and very affordable! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I cannot say enough good things! Tia was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was very soothing, the massage was amazing, and she made sure I knew what to stretch to help myself in the future.
