About this business
The Peace of Mind trademark was the brainchild of David Alvares and Michael Moradian back in 2007. When the Great Recession occurred and the real estate bubble popped, David saw the need for quality home inspectors in the Central Valley and came up with the idea to start Peace of Mind. He approached Michael to become his business partner, and together they set out to build a brand that would service the residential and commercial real estate markets.

RecommendedWe are very happy with our service . They call a day or two ahead of time which is very convenient. I have dogs and I want to make sure that they’re in and that the gates are unlocked so the technicians can get in the backyard.
They have great costumer service and very friendly service techs. I would highly recommend them for pest inspections and pest control services.
They do good work and have an effective eco-pet-friendly option for indoors.

Peace of Mind is the perfect name for this wonderful company. They service our home on a regular schedule & remind us by phone the day before their visit. With the convenient auto-pay feature, we don't even have to write a check every other month. It's easy to reach a real, live person during office hours too. The staff are super friendly and down to earth. I rest easy knowing Peace of Mind is managing our critter control!
