He helped me fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes quickly and created workout routines that worked for my body's needs. I no longer have those aches and pains. I had two weeks to prepare for my West Point Fitness Assessment and they helped me improve my sore with ease. The trainers kept up with me, texted me, and attended to each specific section I needed improvement on. In just two short weeks and 5 sessions I was able to dramatically increase my scores which helped me pass my assessment. I would highly recommend them as they are truly some amazing people with amazing results!
One on one training was very helpful. The first month of it was a good experience. I'm happy with my results and knowledge.
