I’m a project manager and have hired Fidel for several jobs. He’s always been reliable, but this last project really stood out. After we finished a renovation, a water spot appeared on freshly painted living room ceiling. Something was leaking from the roof and needed to be fixed quickly before listing. Fidel made time after hours and took care of it on very short notice, keeping everything on track. I really appreciate his responsiveness and the quality of his work.

UPDATE: Two years later, we strongly advise avoiding this company. In May '24, we noticed roof buckling and contacted Fidel. After two weeks, he inspected it, attributing the issue to attic ventilation. He offered to cover the labor if we paid for materials. He said he would also provide a quote to fix the ventilation. We waited 3 weeks to get a quote of $1,350 to clean the soffit vents and inspect the attic. Finding this quote extremely excessive, we had an attic company inspect the attic for free. They found no ventilation... read more
