UPDATE: Two years later, we strongly advise avoiding this company. In May '24, we noticed roof buckling and contacted Fidel. After two weeks, he inspected it, attributing the issue to attic ventilation. He offered to cover the labor if we paid for materials. He said he would also provide a quote to fix the ventilation. We waited 3 weeks to get a quote of $1,350 to clean the soffit vents and inspect the attic. Finding this quote extremely excessive, we had an attic company inspect the attic for free.
