As a 20 year Army veteran I have recently decided that my mental health needed to become a priority. The POM is literally the most relaxing atmosphere and Samantha is the sweetest! My brain training sessions have really helped my social anxiety, helped me think more clearly and overall, calmed me down. I would recommend this service to ANYONE. I really think everyone could benefit from this.

Peace of Mind is a great escape to regain your mental clarity! I've had a handful of sessions and it's already made such a difference in my overall daily life. I feel more confident, rested, and overall less anxious when I get overwhelmed. While doing the NeurOptimal training at the POM, you get quite the experience! Samantha is so kind and sweet. The appointment is very relaxing and calming. Already noticing a difference in my child after one visit. I highly would recommend her business to anyone.
