I had a leak in one of my bedrooms which was found the day I took ownership. I had to pay $600.00 to get it fixed. When I called Peace of Mind Inspections to pay the bill because it was there at the time of the inspection, they told me it wasn’t their problem and they would not pay or even split with me. They missed it in the inspection. It was their responsibility to find items that needed to be fixed prior to my ownership. I would not recommend Peace if Mind Inspections.
