If you are thinking about using this service, please reconsider. My family has just parted ways with this company and it has felt like an absolute nightmare. On multiple occasions we felt the Owner had been very unprofessional to our family members, who had been clients, and to immediate family. This has happened in person and through text messages. I highly don't recommend this service. The OWNER (I feel) BROKE HIPPA multiple times. Charged for when the client was not in her care(in the hospital & charged for visiting). In my opinion was highly disrespectful to clients family on multiple occasions verbally and via texts (we have the texts to prove it) THE ONLY REASON I'M PUTTING ONE STAR IS BECAUSE I HAVE TOO, ZERO STARS IS NOT AN OPTION! Her staff is nice NOT THE OWNER!
