Thank-you for being so responsive! I was on my way to pick up and $20 dollar capacitor from lowes but happened to pass your office and stopped in. You said you had a tech in the Mooresville área and would be able to stop later that day. I caught off guard with a $619.00 initial invoice for a 15 minute service call and a $20 part. Thanks for being so kind to adjust the invoice to a more reasonable price. Thanks for your help. Have a happy 4th Michael
