My experience at Peace Family Dentistry was great. I had to get 2 fillings fixed, and the work was done really well with no pain during and after. I also got my teeth cleaning done, and my teeth feel very clean. The overall process was very thorough, and the team is very detailed with everything. Overall, I really enjoyed my visits and will be back as needed.
I’m very picky when it comes to dental care. I had to switch to be able to use my insurance and thankfully we found Dr Ham and her team! The office is incredibly well run and clean. The team is competent and takes time to thoroughly explain their recommendations and treatment plan. I had a cleaning that went well. Family members have had cleanings and cavities well taken care of. I’m thankful to have found this practice!
I just came back from the dentist, and I had such a great experience! The staff and the dentist were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and thorough throughout the entire visit. They took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, making sure I felt comfortable and well-cared for. I've only gone once but the experience was great. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We found out that they were not covered by my insurance, but they still decided to honor the price change which I'm very grateful for! They told me to carefully consider if certain treatments were necessary, instead of just pushing me to get them done, and they even printed me a list of other dentists in my area who are covered by my insurance. Definitely a level of honesty that is hard to find.
Shari was very patient and understanding of the schedule changes I needed to make more than once. The whole staff was wonderful, and I appreciated Dr. Ham's kind, thorough care. I plan to send my son.
