The imaging staff were professional and put me at ease with their competence and clarity—especially appreciated during a moment of personal worry. Staff needs some training they have no knowledge what they doing. Everyone has different answers They make me drive to Edmonton with new born for thier mistakes
Not my usual outcome with this location but something must have changed in the year or so. The front desk staff came across as cold and unwelcoming. If someone is unhappy in their role, they shouldn’t be afraid to seek a position that brings them more satisfaction. Patients don’t come to Peace Diagnostic Imaging for enjoyment — we’re here because we need to be. Was here for my 32 week scan on Aug 6 at 1pm and the tech who did the ultrasound was unfriendly. No picture shown on the monitor after the scan. Even a quick peek of one ultrasound pic would have been appreciated. I would have truly understood if zero decent picture was taken but she did not even bother to say a word as soon as she’s done.
