Every visit you wait longer than 2 hours and the staff do not care. Its unfortunate because I used to think Dr Baig actually cared about his patients. I've been a patient for over 2 years and I've never waited less than an hour. This last time I was in the waiting room 2 & 1/2 hours before demanding a refund and seeking another doctor. They obviously do not care about patients, only the money. I will never go back!
This place is ridiculous. My mother had an appointment at 2pm and didn’t get called back to see the doctor till after 4pm. What is the point in having an appointment if you are going to waste everyone’s time by keeping patients in the waiting room all day?!
RecommendedI have been a patient for over 20 years now I’ve never had a problem staff was very friendly and they always trying to find a way to help at Some said they had a bad experience but you have to be patient it is a doctors office and you cannot expect to go in and out in 10 minutes if the room are Cold the young lady in the hallway outside the door she’s more than willing to give you a heater for your room I I would recommend anyone go there
They could maybe answer the phone or maybe even call you back. Worse customer service ever. Great doctors though!
