Dr Baig is a wonderful doctor. However the front office that makes the appointments and other things, are the most unprofessional people I have ever met in my life. This morning I sat on the phone for 2 and 1/2 hours. It will then send you to a voicemail which is always full! And heaven help you if you call the nurses station it is hardly ever answered. The worst part of it is you are unable to leave a message for any of your medication and problems you're having because their voicemail is full! I tried calling last week Fri... read more
Best Doctor's in the world!
Been my MD for almost 30 years now. Front desk staff are pretty great as well… extended family. They know me by name and it’s been 7 months since my last visit. I have no problem getting refills or getting in for a simple appointment. I hate that others have had bad experiences but I’m happy with Dr Baig and Sharon. My adult children now go to him. I remember him swaddling my now 25 year old when my asthma was flared up and I needed a breathing treatment. Or when he blew a fuse after I told him I had weight loss surgery in M... read more
Terrible office staff!!! They won't answer the phones and are always rude. Took two weeks to get meds refilled. Most incompetent group I have dealt with.
Happy with Jenny Cavitch And Sharon Moore was very sweet and caring wait time is long and sometimes it hard to get someone on the phone
