They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting.
