Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting.
