We came for a simple refilled on the ac. It took the guy almost five hours to do. While waiting for the job to get done he was playing on his phone fixing himself food and hardly came out to work on the car.
So my first time using these guys due to the reviews on Groupon. Had an appointment for 9am-Thursday. I make it a habit to get to any appointment early. 9am rolls around, door is locked. I waited 30 minutes no one ever showed up so I left. It would've been nice to get a "Hey we are running late" I guess they don't need the business. Response to the owner: I never received an email.
