Jennie and Micah are great! We loved living in our apartment! 10/10 communication! Our neighborhood was uniquely wonderful! Incredible experience from start to finish! Very patient and understanding! Financial integrity has been incredible to deal with! Returned our deposit smoothly and reasonably! We were sad to move!
Michael was always responsive and treated us with professionalism. He always picked up the phone and followed up with any requests we had. He was always quick to address any issues with our unit or with problematic neighbors (ex. he changed our locks on the same day that our keys were stolen, addressed loud and disruptive neighbors, responded to maintenance requests in a timely manner). Really nice units, however way too many red flags. Please save your time and money and look else where.
Overall this was a bit of a rough experience that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I did like how quick they were to provide and in person tour and were very responsive during the signing process. Plus, they’re one of the few rental companies that allows more than one pet. They were also very quick with maintenance requests and I appreciate that. The cost of the apartment was already way overpriced, then there’s a bunch of add on fees including pet rent, parking, bike storage, etc., so rent that was originally $1950 ends up b... read more
I rented off Michael a couple of years ago and only moved from one of his properties as I was moving out of Portland. My experience was nothing but professional. The apartments were fully updated, clean and priced reasonably. I never had a single issue with PDX4RENT the entire duration of my 18 months. I’m not sure why these other reviews state otherwise.
