I cannot recommend this business. I bought a groupon for window cleaning and scheduled an appointment with the business directly. They did not show up and did not call to cancel, simply a no show. When they finally called me back I was told that my groupon was simply a "voucher" not a "contract" and that they were not obligated to show up. Luckily groupon refunded me my money.

Worst experience I've ever had with a company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They told me they would be at my house 3 times and never showed up or called. Never answered the phone when I called and when I texted them they just told me to request a refund rather than correcting their mistakes. Total waste of my time and I still have to schedule with another company now to get my windows cleaned.

We had our windows cleaned inside and out today by PDX Window Cleaning who we have not used before. Sergio was meticulous in the work and care he took. He also unexpectedly washed all of the screens as well. Very friendly and courteous. A definite 5 star job.
