Outstanding experience with these guys! They were at my home on time, ready for action, and figured out the problem quickly. My mini-split problem had a couple possible solutions, Kurt helped me decide on the right way to go - which also was the lower cost option. The problem was solved in under 2 hours! Really great experience, will definitely use them again as the need arises.
Had a great experience with this company replacing an old furnace. They gave us a fair price on a great unit and prioritized the installation because the old furnace had failed leaving us no heat during a week of sub freezing temps. They had the old furnace out and the new furnace installed in less than 24 hours. SO much appreciated! Kurts communication was fantastic as well, which as many of us have discovered, isn't a given in the contractor industry. Highly recommend PDX Heating and Cooling.

Pdx Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job of installing a new Lenox gas heater in just 2 days, start to finish. Kurt was kind, understanding, efficient, and great to work with and I highly recommend this business!
TL;DR: multiple issues and poor communication but issues eventually resolved I originally contacted PDC Heating & Cooling to fix a zoning issue back in November 2022. They were busy and it took a while before I could get someone to actually address the issue. After inspecting the system we agreed to replace the furnace. It’s true the original furnace was old and probably didn’t have a ton of life left.
