Darcie and Emily were wonderful to work with! They assisted my family in purchasing our beautiful home in Portland, always being responsive, positive and considerate. At this point, you can shop for homes from across the country, perhaps even track down enough information to minimize physically shopping before making an offer. We have worked with Darcie and Emily and their team several times now over the last decade, now with both 2 home purchases and a sale, and have had a great experience! Very responsive, knowledgeable and great to work with.
Emily helped my wife and I buy an investment property that needs a lot of renovation. Therefore, buying the property wasn't straightforward. Emily guided us through the home inspections, negotiations, remodel prior to close, and through closing. I can't recommend her highly enough. We learned a lot through this process and Emily nailed it.
