Front staff was courteous and seeing the provider was fast, no wait time at all. Grant is a knowlegable guy, but to tell you at your apt that he is going to increase a dose of your bp med and never really sent it to the pharmacy, that really sucked. I have to call and remind the office everyday and for 4 days script was never filled and someone in the front has the nerve to tell me that it takes 1 week for a provider to refill a med? Dr Grant and his team are so amazing !! I’m always so nervous to see doctors but I came in due to chest pains and Dr Grant was very thorough in asking what happened and when. Ashley welcomed me with a warm smile went over my insurance co pays and scheduled me for my next visit. Victoria is the lovely medical assistant who took my vitals and helped me be more at ease throughout the appointment. The first provider I feel comfortable returning to
I always have such a great experience with Shadow Mountain health group. Grant and Victoria are hands down the most caring and supportive professionals. Not once were my concerns ignored, they listened to me, validated me and made what I needed done, happen. They listen, act fast and support. Booking appointments is so easy and straight forwards. Clean and modern facility. Couldn’t recommend more!
