Prompt, clear and professional. Told me about my system, how it was working great and didn’t try to upsell anything. Gave some tips on roof area as it related to the unit as well as filter suggestions. Everything was honest and not company-first but customer first. A breath of fresh air!
PDQ Mechanical removed two 13 year old Carrier heatpumps and installed new Trane units at my residence. Jeff was easy to work with and very responsive to my numerous email questions. Joe, Nick, and Tyler were on site for two days and conducted the most painless installs I have ever experienced.
