Joe was able to troubleshoot an issue I had with my AC over the phone before he was able to come and diagnose/fix the problem. He also vacuumed up a small mess from going into the attic which we really appreciate. Everyone I spoke with at PDQ was nice and professional and will be working with them again in the future
