Called at 1130 on a Friday night due to a flooded basement, was told “figure something out and call me Monday or find someone else” when my husband asked why he couldn’t come out, the website says open 24/7 he replied “it May say that but that’s not what it means. I don’t work weekends” will NEVER recommend this place to anyone awful awful customer service
Pete was great. He took care of my leak and left a clean work area. He had to open the wall in my bathroom and cut the hole so the drywall could be replaced. Also needed some additional work done and Pete repaired it all quickly and thoroughly. Great job and I would recommend PDM and Pete to anyone.
Anthony did a great job. Explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it. Gave me a price quote before doing fix. He gets 5+
Chris G came out to my mom’s house because of a gas leak in the fireplace. He was informative and took the time to explain the situation to my mom. Would highly recommend. -The Nolans
On time, thorough inspection and cleaning. Very knowledgable and thorough and fast. Does a lot of little things also to make a complete job done right. Nice guy also.
