My daughter had her appt today and I was so nervous. They reassured me multiple times that she was in good hands and were always super sweet in explaining the procedure with me. Thank you PDI for taking such good care of my baby girl and me lol.
The staff was absolutely amazing, I have a 5 year old son with autism, and any kind of appointment is always an absolute nightmare! Everything went so smooth, and I I am so thankful he was finally able to get the care that he needed.
Today was a medical nightmare. Felt like no one really cares about kids here. Letting our family wait 3 hours past our apt.time is unheard of !!! Then we see a nurse who tells us we have consented to any oral surgery they see fit regardless of parents opinion !!!No way. They wanted to do procedures that were not neccessary. Even before an evaluation. Got into O.R. and nurse shoved the mask so hard onto ny sons face, scaring him. HOLDING him down before any one was ready, by his face. They are great! Very informative and caring. You meet everyone who will be working with your child. They Go over everything with you & answer all your questions. The wait is long but worth it. You have to remember they do all the under 5 years old in the early morning and sometimes they dont know how bad the teeth are tell they do the xrays- that's why they some times run late. They also handle nervous parents well lol. Thank you PDI for taking care of my son & doing great work!
They where so caring and wonderful with my daughter. I'm so happy they got her taken care of.
Most wonderful people ever, I am so greatful for all the patience and work they did to help my daughter !
