I have never in my life met a group of patient, kind, thoughtful and compassionate people in my life until bringing my daughter here! She had some horrible experiences at another dentist so when coming here her anxiety was super high, she was even crying in fear “it would happen again”. Today she had a tooth pulled and when we got to the car she stated “they can pull every single one of my teeth if they need to! So nice to be back at PDA Dental in Reading, MA. It was super clean and as usual the staff is very friendly which makes it always a great experience. I highly recommend this place.
Always a really great experience here! The staff were super careful about COVID-19 precautions and got my appointment done quickly and safely! Plus despite being several layers deep in PPE, they're still so friendly :)
Our first time back after during this pandemic and I will say they made lots of changes to keep everyone safe. The way they set everything up made me feel safe and secure to have my kids there. Dr. Matt is wonderful and the staff are too.
I highly recommend PDA Dental group! Both my children have had years of excellent preventative care at both their Winchester and Reading locations. When dental emergencies arose, they were able to fit them into the schedule right away. My son’s front tooth fractured off, and they skillfully repaired it. My daughter had gum inflammation, and they remedied it. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We especially love Dr. Matt, Dr. Nicole and Dr. Karina! Thanks to all, keep up the good work!
This practice is the best. My son has been patient for several years, currently in braces with springs. Last night celebrating his youngest brother’s birthday, one of the springs came off. I called the orthodontic emergency line and gave them my information and within minutes received a text from Dr. Freitas. We exchanged a number of text messages and I sent photos and he was willing to meet us at 8 pm that night or early the next morning, as my son was headed to sleep away camp for two weeks the next day. Very clean. Everything really up to date. Very friendly staff. They were amazing with my two boys. My youngest had a great experience after some not great appointments elsewhere.
We see Dr Nicole and are so lucky she is our sons dentist. Everyone we have met is so great with young kids - today we met Devin our hygienist and she was amazing with our son. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for treating our family so well!!!
