These guys are the best! Two different times they just let me ask questions about my problem that I've been trying to fix for several weeks. Added some RAM on the spot to see if that would help. I finally gave up and was going to buy a new laptop because the Gopro application support guys I was working with said my graphic where incompatible with their app. So I stopped by one more time and Jeanette, the owner, said I didn't need a new pc.
