DO NOT RENT FROM THESE IDIOTS. Worst property management I've ever encountered. I get eviction notices every month because they have the incorrect rent amount on their ledger.
I have been in these apartments for 3 years and have for the most part felt fairly safe... THAT HAS CHANGED!!! A PITBULL in the apartment ATTACKED my dog and my little sister and MANAGEMENT HAS DONE NOTHING about it !!! I am so upset!! Along with not having parking and the turn over rate, there is always a new person in the office!! It's INSANE! Nobody is ever trained or organized. The apartments are NEVER CLEAN!! It's amazing how this place still functions... actually it doesn't.
The reason I chose pcri is to help get out of the rental market because it's so expensive. After the orientation my "counselor" Linda was late to my first meeting. She said that she doesn't see any problems with my or my spouse's credit etc and that we could probably be getting into a place by Spring. She totally didn't show to one of my appointments.
