Honestly, have never had an experience like I did here. When I called to book the appointment, they automatically booked me as a telemedicine appointment. I did not mind bc I was able to email them my photos and videos, as well as explain the symptoms. When the doctor called, she truly gave me no more than 3 MINUTES on the phone (attached is the screenshot).
