Fast response to my neighborhood needs
They are crooks. They just collect our money and do nothing for our community. They have never stepped foot in our neighborhood and refuse to do walk arounds with us. They rely on neighbors calling in with complaints about other neighbors and demand an address, just so they can send a fine to them. They are the worst HOA, and are not qualified to actually do anything more than collect all our money every month.
Impossible to get hold of; worst service ever. Thank goodness our HOA moved. They cashed a check of mine they should have forwarded on.
Horrible and rude customer service! I received a "Nit-Picking" letter for the second time about a "few weeds” growing in my yard. After I received the first, I spent almost $400 to have them pulled and the entire area sprayed. When I received the second letter, I call Cyndy Walker and I must say she is one if not the rudest person I have ever spoken to!
