Can't speak to their service, but two of their employees in a PCI truck screamed obscenities at a group of my friends and I while we were on a bike ride today. Very unprofessional.
Bandit needs to get a supplier that can provide better service.
Unfortunetly, we made the mistake of paying in full so you can imagine how helpful this company is when the chipper they gaureented was in great shape, only used for "demo" wasn't running right not once, twice, but three separate times ! Not to mention, the long lengths of time it took to get back my equipment back with absolutely no sense of urgency! If you care about your business at all look somewhere else !
