⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I actually met the owner at an event before hiring PCI Pest Control, so I already knew what a solid company they were. That made it an easy choice when I needed service. From start to finish, the communication was excellent, and Julian (the technician) was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He explained everything clearly and did a thorough job. Just had Mark stop over to do a spray, Always very pleasant people and informative. Mark did the spray but also showed me problem areas around my house the critters can get in. I appreciate that as anything I can do to keep the wild out, I want that information! There is a huge difference around my home with all the bothersome bugs using PCI pest control. I would highly recommend to anyone.
PCI was here within the time range promised. The treatment of thr hornet nest was thorough and easily accessible. However, with PCI in a previous treatment for same two years ago all parts of the nest were removed. This time pieces were left on the ground. Although it may have been necessary to also leave a treated part hanging on the branch for returning hornets to be infected, leaving portions on the ground rated one star less.
