Terrible experience with the orthopedics scheduling team. They entered the wrong appointment date in MyChart. When I arrived, the front desk casually dismissed it as a "scheduling team mistake" and rescheduled me for 34 days later. I had already waited 15 days in severe pain just for this initial visit. The lack of empathy and problem-solving was shocking. I had to beg for a sooner opening, offering to see any doctor at any time, before they finally looked for other options. If you have Carpal tunnel syndrome, do not hesitate to contact Dr Novak. He is completely amazing and compassion. He has the best team by his side and is always available to answer questions and concerns. I’m so happy with my surgery and all his support.
I absolutely love PCI Orthopedics and my doctor, Dr. Pape. He is so personable & very approachable. He always makes me feel like I'm is only patient and truly values and respects my input. He almost seems to know what questions I might have and discusses them before I even ask. He makes me me so comfortable and I would not want any other physician than him.
