Did exactly what I needed - replaced the keyboard on my laptop, a truly challenging task with many microscopic parts - I balked at the job despite being an electronic engineer, not wanting to learn on an important machine. We were hacked and had no clue how the move forward. We 2 iPhone's, 2 iPad's and 2 MacBooks. The technician from Helpforce first took the time to understand our concerns about financial safety and the steps we needed to take, as well as reinstalling some goggle accounts that were corrupted. We had so many setting that had to be adjusted and reconfigured that were beyond our skills.
