The testing is thorough, but the service seems expensive for all it is. They supplied me with high end hearing aids, but they are not that great. I had a one-year follow-up exam scheduled for September, but had to cancel that due to a family emergency. The soonest they could schedule me for the followup was in mid February of 2026! I am now using a "telehealth" audiology service that sends out a kit of testing devices and conducts the exams via Zoom. ***-5 STARS*** I am so hurt and Absolutely disappointed :'( I called them because I needed more information on the speech therapy service they provide but the rep. or whatever who answered the phone made me feel like I was bothering him and made me feel like I wasn't worth his time . He had an inconsiderably rude attitude and made me feel so Little and unimportant to the point I couldn't help but start crying. If you call to reach someone for audiology, expect to wait a couple hours before you can reach anyone. And the inconvenience of driving 45 minutes back and forth for some stuff that they could simply mail to you or have you go in once to pick up rather than going back and forth.
