***-5 STARS*** I am so hurt and Absolutely disappointed :'( I called them because I needed more information on the speech therapy service they provide but the rep. or whatever who answered the phone made me feel like I was bothering him and made me feel like I wasn't worth his time . He had an inconsiderably rude attitude and made me feel so Little and unimportant to the point I couldn't help but start crying. If you call to reach someone for audiology, expect to wait a couple hours before you can reach anyone. And the inconvenience of driving 45 minutes back and forth for some stuff that they could simply mail to you or have you go in once to pick up rather than going back and forth.
Received a referral for a hearing exam. Called numerous times over the course of a month, left numerous voicemails, etc. Never heard back, was never able to get a hold of a live person, only voicemail. My referral has now expired. I can't imagine anyone doing business with them.
